meatball sliders, potato bread buns

3/4 cup water
3/4 medium russet potato, riced using the small hole disc
1 level teaspoon active dry yeast
1 level teaspoon sugar
flour, I don't know how much. I kept adding until a stiff ball formed. 
1/2 teaspoon salt. 

Yielded 8 slider size, dinner rolls. And they're just wonderful as little bund.

3 meatballs divided in half. So three meatball halves per slider. 
1 slice mozzarella cheese per slider
2 tablespoons cole slaw each slider. This cole slaw has halved grapes and pecans in it. 

Restaurant-worthy sliders, and I'm not kidding either. I'd serve these to Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip if they promised to behave themselves.
