Whole wheat flour, all purpose white four, butter, baking powder.
Mustard is my own. Mustard powder, mustard seed ground in a heavy mortar & pestle, white wine vinegar, horse radish, honey, water.
But simple mustard powder with any vinegar and water will do very well. Better than you can buy, and that is the Gospel truth. I finished this fifteen minutes ago and I can still feel the mustard on the sides of my tongue.
