Tenderloin steak, radish relish


Look at this. What? This is perfect. 




Steak fried on medium high for about 2 minutes each side then placed in a low-heat oven for about five minutes. They are thick steaks and they do not cook very long at all, but two ways, harsh surface heat and gentle oven, done in about eight minutes thereabout. 


Tiny amount of sugar sprinkled on and tossed around.


Fried in olive oil with salt
