Your fish cakes remind me of the salmon (or tuna) croquettes (<-don't know why we didn't just call them cakes) my mother would fix for supper sometimes in the winter. We'd eat them with hot buttery (never margarine!) homemade biscuits and real molasses (lighter than the blackstrap).
Your BLT looks fantastic. As a matter of fact, as soon as I post this message to you, I'm headed to the store to get the fixins' (olives included) to make one like it. Except for the bread. It will have to be that store bought stuff.
