These are mini individual pizzas made earlier with a tomato paste topping and frozen.
Their taste is excellent but their texture is chewy, too chewy, children would not be able to eat this with their little baby teefs, and for that reason not altogether pleasant. Maybe sourdough is not the best thing to freeze.
