It's regular yeast bread with two ripe bananas in it substituting for liquid. The bread is exceedingly tender even days after being baked. It's held up very well. It's flavored with butter and cinnamon and brown sugar. It is a sweet light delicate bread and it goes great with this sandwich ham. What an odd and happy discovery.
