Say, you're thinking six to eight minutes each side. 

Instead, crank up the oven to medium low, 350℉, sear one side four minutes and second side two minutes and put the whole thing pan too in the oven to finish on gentle indirect heat, off from violent direct surface heat, and that heat stage down counts for the resting period.
