The turmeric rhizomes for juicing are drying on the counter and I don't want to waste them so they might as well be grated and dried further overnight then processed to powder in a coffee mill.
Compared with turmeric from a tin
Turmeric is much more effective with pepper so it will always be used with pepper, so might as well put them together.
