Very dark 3-chocolate brownies with pecans and raspberries





Recipes call for 50% more cocoa and half as much flour and up to 3X as many eggs, yet these brownies turned out black. 

That never happened before.

I used
* 1 cup powdered cocoa
* 1/2 cup couverture dark chocolate buttons
* 3 tablespoons chocolate liquor

I also added ginger. What the heck. 

One little crumb will leave the taste of chocolate in your mouth for an hour. 

And one square will make your poop turn back. 

You don't want that.
