Sliced chicken breast, poblano

I sure do like this. My old thing was a whole chicken breast pounded to scallopini and breaded but this is not pounded, just sliced.

The sauce is cream and a little grated cheese. The poblano is blended into a sauce, so two simple sauces. This poblano is great by itself, I think it would make a good dip with nothing additional.
