Poblano chile, cauliflower, potato soup jazzed up with onion, fresh tomato and bacon

Cauliflower, potato, poblano chile pepper soup, described earlier a long time ago as it turns out, no wonder I'm tired of seeing it, neither hot nor cheesy it is not particularly bland but neither is it exciting at all. So, jazzed up with a few bits of things around presently. A lot of nutmeg and oregano on long stems like a dried bouquet shaken from the bag with the corner nicked off.

Bacon left a mess in the pan along with excessive oil, a valuable substance useful for flour tortillas and such. So measured out for the onions, and the mess left in the pan to be lifted off and used for additional flavor by the leftover soup poured directly into the hot pan.
