Bone-in dry-aged rib-eye steak, bib lettuce wedge, seared asparagus

The best steak I have ever tasted and that is not idle hyperbole. Oliver's, Denver, Colorado.

An extremely helpful gentleman, I believe he is owner pictured above in family photos, or else that is his dad. Family business, 95 years. The shop has an impressive array of sausages, lamb, pork, chicken, seafood, cheese, pasta, sauces, fresh vegetables. A small clean shop, it has everything you need to put together the finest dinner possible. Everything in there is thoughtful.

Dressing made with crushed hazelnut in oil, rice vinegar, honey/mustard vinaigrette.
