A teeny-tiny bit of garlic powder added, ick, I know, but I don't care to crush a real garlic, and a teeny-tiny bit of ginger powered added, ick, I know, but I didn't care to smash a chunk of real ginger, plus a super teeny-tiny bit of toasted sesame seed oil and even less chile powder. To nudge the miso, just nudge it out of its simple sweet character.
I bought a package of mint and now mint goes in everything.
