Over baked. Didn't wrap the chicken thighs. Got online and left the two things on a tray in the oven until I smelled something burning.
Both chicken and cauliflower rubbed with oil and herbs. And they tasted great even though overcooked by 100%. I'll do this again, but next time pay better attention or at least set a timer.
The baked cauliflower is really good. It's great taste came through the bunt surface. Cooked properly it's a wonderful thing to eat. I'll do better next time.
