End sliced off to test fried and to fit the roast in the pan. This too is a fail. Slices are too thick. They stick to the non-stick pan, and they're way too crunchy and hard to enjoy.
I was exhausted and fell asleep. The pork cooked for 7 hours. A succulent pork roast would be better, and the InstantPot would have turned off by itself.
