Made with frozen tuna and with a lot of extra stuff to make it more interesting.
I don't have onion and I don't have sweet pickle relish.
So I'm using bread and butter pickles instead.
I'm out of mayonnaise so I'm using sour cream and the yogurt that I made a long time ago. Those turn out to be excellent substitutions.
Frozen tuna cooked in the microwave in its vacuum seal packaging straight from the freezer. This worked much better than I imagined.
It needs help.
Frozen pearl onions, tinned corn, jarred jalapeño.
