* powdered mustard
* chipotle chile powder
* garlic powder
* cumin
* coarse sea salt
* freshly ground pepper
* dry oregano
* two types of random cheese in case one type isn't good enough.
Bake an hour at 400℉.
Plate, top with sour cream.
