The dough is sweeter than usual and it has Philadelphia cream cheese included and a little baking soda added to affect the pH and make the dough more elastic and more adhesive.
Orange zest, orange juice, confectioner's sugar, tad amount of salt, a little Philadelphia cream cheese and vanilla.
Caramel made earlier for no specific reason, I just wanted to burn some sugar one day.
Each roll is drenched in both caramel and orange icing.
