I don't like vegetables in juice form so I disguise it with fruit.
The trick is to balance the sugar and the color.
This is especially delicious with two celery stalks and meager spinach and peas. That means I could have gone a little more heavy on vegetables. To make it slightly less delicious and slightly more nutritious.
Maybe I'll grow up and my taste buds develop to accept chlorophyl and the taste of minerals and vitamins and grow away from fructose. And maybe not.
I love fruit.
