Mexican style chicken in egg roll wrapper, iceberg wedge avocado

The chicken is already cooked, leftover from whole chicken pan fried yesterday. Mixed with seasoned white rice steamed the Japanese way, celery, onion, with Oaxacan farm cheese, jalapeño and chipotle chile, cilantro. Lime juice for dressing.

There are two jalapeños in the chicken mixture, they are hot by themselves, and I cannot even taste them.
