The dough is made with bread flour this time.

I thought the red stuff in a plastic bag was tomato sauce that I froze but it turned out to be chipotle in adobo, and that stuff is quite hot.

So I opened another tin of tomato sauce.

I didn't know which one to use so I bought both. 

I think salami is better.
