This is the best rice that I've ever tasted. I cooks beautifully, there is hardly any surface starch to rinse off. It is beautiful pearly white. Each granule is well-formed. It makes a fine risotto. But its price is outrageous. I bought mine through Amazon and for its price I cannot recommend it. Although I intend to buy it again .
