baked potato skin fail

Too diaphanous, too light, too insubstantial, too salty, too oily, too intense, too over seasoned, too much,  too nothing, too unsatisfying.

I used a potato peeler with a blade curved as a flat metal canoe with its bottom sliced out along the length to a cutting edge in the middle of the blade and that shaves the skin from potatoes and other vegetables resulting in potato skin shavings and not proper potato peels such as you get with a regular knife.
