There is an egg yolk in the center of each ravioli, so three egg yolks
with ricotta cheese
in butter and truffle sauce
with flecks of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
with a basket of crostini
and a triangle of unsalted butter.

Now I ask you, can anything be more perfect than this? Huh? Can it? 


So I walked there, what the heck, it's only two blocks. And I took photos along the way. And once inside I sat there and took photos from where I sat. A lot of them.
