Cornbread with jalapeño, bacon and cheese, with eggs and ham

The popcorn is milled by the coffee bean grinder to powder, until it no longer makes any ping sounds.

Then cooked in X4 the amount of milk, in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.

It's important to keep stirring because the powder absorbs the milk and you want that to happen evenly. If you don't then you'll end up with a clumpy mess.

At this point the mixture is perfectly good to eat as polenta. With jalapeño and bacon and cheese it is excellent.

But with additional egg and white flour and baking powder it can be baked and turned into bread.

Corn bread. Corn cake with flavor enhancements. It's like nothing else that you've had. You'll be all, "Wh ... wh ... why doesn't everyone do this?"

Why isn't this famous?

I do not know.

It's another of those earth-mysteries.

Oh! Sugar to make it more sweet.

I left out vanilla.

It's a very good meal.
