Grits with bacon, jalapeno, onion, cheese and two poached eggs with tomato and herbs

I took a few pictures out of sequence so they show it more clearly.

I actually milled the popcorn first. I also prepared the cheese while the rest was cooking.

A separate bowl heats water and white vinegar and salt in the microwave to boiling then two eggs are added. Then they are microwaved for 1.5 minutes. Because the eggs were cold they brought down the temperature of the water.  

Then I was done and I thought, "you know what this thing needs? Red. That's what."
