potato wedges, NY steak strip, jalapeño, stir fry

This is hot as heck sticks and you would not like it. The Thai restaurant called and asked, "What you doi'n, Brah?" I did not realize one itty bitty jalapeño would make it this uncomfortably hot, but it did. It feels like habanero.

And that teaches me. 

To keep doing this simple thing to re-live this precious moment.

This is really good. Good and hot and simple and easy and fast and nutritious and satisfying. 

The little potato was already boiled, the steak was already seared. Meat, potatoes, vegetables, right there with a tablespoon of thick sweet gloppy Hoisin.
