Nissin Cup Noodles Very Veggie Spicy Chicken

Nissin is a Japanese company with offices and production facilities worldwide including the United States. These are made in Gardena California.

The name Nissin is a bit of an anagram for 日々清らかに豊かな味をつくる, Make a rich taste cleanly every day.

This is the second choice of the two Japanese guys who tested American-made instant noodles. They were impressed with the amount of vegetables and considered it similar to health food. But that's because all the others have only a teaspoon or so. These do have more, mostly shredded carrots, but also red bell pepper, habanero, cabbage, tiny bits of broccoli, dried corn and dried tomato.

Foremost the sauce is sweet. It's very well balanced. I added soy sauce to make it a bit saltier and fuller. Very thin squiggly wheat noodles. Net wt. 2.75 ounces. It is not a hearty serving. You could easily eat two. It's rated 4.5 stars on Amazon.

Through Amazon these came 6 to a case for $12.00.

The lid is a microwave heating pad.
