Salmon in savory whipped cream, wakame salad

I know, right? It's weird. It's so weird that I couldn't find anything in YouTube that covers it.

The whipped cream is sweet but it also has horseradish, ginger and garlic and salt in scant amounts and all that does affect the taste considerably in a sweet/savory Happy Thai sort of way that combines with the salmon. Then the flavored whipped cream mixes with wakame that is already seasoned and that double combination that touches every taste-sensor is outstanding.

If you think that sour cream, Philadelphia cream cheese or mayonnaise will be better than whipped cream, then go for it. Everybody else did.

Arts!

Utterly delicious in an idiosyncratic way and that's why I will never make this again for anyone.

The idea is savory whipped cream that is still sweet, and that works, and it is light and airy so the flavors are fluffed as if cotton candy comes with additional flavors in combinations.

That salmon piece went so fast it isn't even funny. I could eat five of those things. I kept hunting around in the whipped cream foam for one last piece but alas the salmon was gone.
