Jalapeño chicken breast

About these jalapeños, I meant to say they are sliced and de-seeded while keeping the hot membrane. [the heat is in the membrane that attaches the seed. The seed itself is not hot. The little fiber connecting the seed is hot.] There is nothing wrong with seeds. It's just I don't like them so much. The slices are fried in this pan with the full weight of the pot that cooked the beans smashing them. They're roasted this way, dry fried actually, before the chicken is fried in the same pan with generous butter. A savings of one pan.

You will not like this. Too hot. It's a bit challenging.
