mango salsa, corn tortilla chips

Salsa cruda with mango.

Masa harina and water, fried as regular corn tortilla, deep fried to dehydrate and make crisp.

Three types of chile; jalapeño, serrano, and dry powder Dixon brand medium hot mixed with the salt sprinkled on the tortilla chips and on the mango. 

This whole bowl was dinner, so a vegetarian dinner.
