Filipino pork adobo with pineapple










Soy sauce.








Pai ↓ uses pork belly and I use something else that is quite tender.
She cooked hers for hours. Mine was done and tender in minutes.
She does not use tamarind or ginger.
I use apple cider vinegar because I am American and because it is extremely gentle.
My soy sauce is mellow.
She presumes cooked white rice.
She did not consume medical opiate before attempting to cook.

Joke! I did not consume medical opiate.
