Salmon and macaroni in cream and mustard sauce with onion, mushrooms, zucchini and mint

 






Frozen ↑. 

Microwaved for 4.5 minutes from frozen ↓. In pulses. Careful not to overcook for even one second.

Okay fine. Maybe watch not to overcook by six or seven seconds. 


A whole bunch of pictures belong here but I didn't take them. I just forgot to pick up the camera.

* Macaroni boiled. Always less than they say. By a lot. It makes you wonder if they ever cook their own noodles. 

* A lot of butter melted in the pot that boiled the pasta. Zucchini cooked in that. Then onions and mushrooms and garlic. All in the pot searing in butter.

* Cream into the pot. Along with spices. Salt/pepper, nutmeg, scant cumin. Barely spiced up. No chile powder. No oregano, no fennel, nothing real strong, nothing fancy. No cheese. 

The whole deal is fortified with scrambled egg added off the heat.
