Baked potato





Vitamin C powder was added to cream to see if it would perform the miracle of transformation to sour cream like regular lemon juice. It turns out that vitamin C powder does work to change cream into sour cream.

It also makes the whole potato taste exactly like half a jar of Tang™ was dumped on it. It says right on the package that vitamin C is strong but I did not realize it is that strong. So do you know what that makes this potato?  Aww-suum. 

I just now figured out the recipe for Tang

* sugar
* vitamin C
* FD&C Orange #1 

Conclusion: Fail. Sour cream cannot be made from adding vitamin C to cream unless you also want it to have ridiculously extreme orange citrus flavor.
