Collard green miso soup with uncured sandwich ham. You're probably thinking, as I did, "How good could uncured ham be?" Well, it's very good. I've become quite fond of it. Try it sometime, you'll be surprised. Anyway, here's a photo essay on miso soup with no words. Except for these words, of course, but these words don't count.
