Elk burrito
I don't know what to call this. It's not a burrito because there's no tortilla. It's not an omelet because omelets are not stuffed. It's the result of cleaning out the refrigerator, and since my refrigerator is filled with delicious things, I could hardly go wrong. It was delicious. And since I made it up, I get to name it. I'll call it tortillaless breakfast elk burrito, which is kind of long and I'm a little bit bothered with the words elk and little burro pushed together like that because it doesn't make sense and might confuse future generations. Therefore I'll shorten it to TBEB, and let the confusion stand.
